Q-RISE Lab (Founded 2025)
Q-RISE Lab was founded by Hyunsoo Kim, an experienced risk governance specialist with over 16 years of expertise in Enterprise Risk Management, investment analysis, data-driven modeling, and strategic decision systems.
Currently a PhD candidate at CLEA, Vrije Universiteit Brussel, the founder’s work bridges quantum cognition research and real-world corporate and institutional risk practices.
The mission is clear:
To shape the next era of risk science: quantum-inspired, AI-enhanced, and deeply human-centered.
